Our Fruit Cake
A rich fruit cake mixture where 50
per cent of the ingredient is fruit. This is soaked in a good
quality Brandy and Rum mixture for a week. Then mixed and cooked slowly
to retain moisture.
Cakes are always made at least three
months ahead of the Wedding and will be given three more additions of alcohol in this time.
This is guaranteed to give a moist, rich, easy-to-cut cake on the day
